Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Data Engineer who will support Acquisition and Growth Marketing through data management and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading into Snowflake
• Ensure real-time availability of customer data across marketing channels and dashboards
• Develop frameworks for data validation, quality monitoring, and governance while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python and SQL, and understanding of data modeling and pipeline architecture
• Experience with full stack engineering and cloud-native tools like Snowflake, Airflow, and containerization technologies
• Operational rigor with strong monitoring, documentation, and automation practices
• Strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on experimentation and customer experience
• Familiarity with growth experimentation or digital marketing ecosystems is a plus
