Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to work primarily remotely with occasional office meetings in Santa Clara, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and transfer knowledge to project team members
• Participate in data conversion, maintenance, and project deliverables
• Provide best practices and alternative solutions for data engineering challenges

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering and large-scale data processing
• Proficiency in Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Trino/Presto, and advanced Python
• Experience with cloud storage solutions and distributed data systems
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience and collaboration in distributed teams
