Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Write and execute ETL code, primarily using complex SQL/NoSQL scripts
• Analyze and validate existing data routines and assist with data transformation and presentation
• Develop and maintain data integration frameworks and infrastructure systems, including data warehouses and data lakes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of hands-on experience with database management systems and ELT/ETL systems
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Python)
• Understanding of database design and implementation concepts
• Familiarity with data movement concepts and data exchange formats
