Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to oversee the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure for analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the data engineering stack, including ETL/ELT pipelines and transformation workflows
• Own the ingestion and integration of new data sources for analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with teams to define requirements and deliver a robust internal data mart for self-service reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in data engineering, software engineering, or analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with cloud data platforms and analytics/BI platforms
• Familiarity with orchestration tools for managing complex data workflows
