Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer (IC1).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new endpoints in a REST API and ensure performance meets acceptance criteria
• Establish new data sources for the pipeline using various data transfer methods
• Implement consistent testing across APIs and build test cases for ETL processes

Required Qualifications:

• Experience building applications or REST APIs with Python
• Proficiency in relational databases, preferably Postgres
• Experience with a major cloud provider, preferably AWS
• Bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
• Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
