Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer II to work on data systems and services critical to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, scale, and maintain data pipelines from various source systems
• Improve the codebase and participate in all aspects of the team, including Agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, including building Data Pipelines and Data Modeling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and SQL
• Experience with Data Warehousing and various data sources including APIs and real-time feeds
• Familiarity with AWS data management tools and experience in an Agile/scrum environment
