Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer, Financial Transactions and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain event-driven pipelines and implement data models for transactional integrity
• Perform data analysis to validate financial accuracy and build dashboards for system health visualization
• Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into scalable code and debug operational issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in data engineering or software development
• Proficiency in building REST APIs and data pipelines using Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
• Strong SQL and Data Analytics skills, including complex querying and data profiling
• Working knowledge of distributed systems, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with container tools like Docker
