Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and data trending for aircraft systems to identify patterns and anomalies
• Create algorithms to analyze historical part removals and forecast potential part failures
• Conduct root cause investigations and support the development of corrective action plans to improve system reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, aeronautical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a related STEM discipline
• Coursework in Python, Time Series Data, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Correlation and Verification, and Interpretable Artificial Intelligence
• Experience with manipulation and analysis of data in spreadsheets, including MS Excel formulas, pivot tables, and VBA
• Experience in formal presentation development, including PowerPoint construction and delivery
• Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance
