Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer 2 to centralize access and curation of critical security data.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze key metrics and data sources to identify trends in security issues and recommend improvements
• Provide technical insight on incident analysis, threat mitigation, and translate findings into platform requirements
• Manage stakeholder communications during critical security incidents and ensure operational rigor in cyber security operations

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, or related field with relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience in a Data Engineer or Software Engineer role focused on cloud-based big data processing
• Ability to meet security screening requirements, including a background check
• Experience in data engineering or software development with a focus on security operations
• Hands-on knowledge of security concepts, cyber-attacks, and incident management
