Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines for advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reusable, scalable data pipelines with robust error handling and logging mechanisms
• Implement automated notifications and error reporting using Azure Logic Apps and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Design and implement data models and ETL/ELT processes to support high-performance analytics solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in designing and implementing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse
• Strong programming skills in Python, Spark, Java, or C#
• Advanced SQL expertise for database design and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud data platforms, including Databricks and Synapse
