Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to join their Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business and Data Analysts to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing and transformation
• Implement and manage data warehousing solutions and develop APIs for data integration

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on data warehousing and ETL/ELT development
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with various databases such as MySQL and Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools like Matillion and Informatica
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their data services
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI and an understanding of data preparation for reporting
