Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom integrations and ETL processes between K-12 data and internal/external systems
• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines while collaborating with stakeholders to meet data needs
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flow issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency through quality assurance practices

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or SIS specialist roles
• Hands-on experience with Student Information Systems or K-12 platforms, including APIs and data exports/imports
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT tools
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SFTP, and data quality assurance practices
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ability to work independently in a remote position
