Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering and healthcare environments
• Proven experience with data pipeline development and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with medical data formats and integration with claims, EHRs, and CRMs
• Strong knowledge of data orchestration tools such as Dagster, Prefect, or Airflow
• Ability to design reliable and scalable data solutions with monitoring and alerting mechanisms
