Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to own the analytics infrastructure and design scalable data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end GCP-based analytics infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Build cost-effective solutions leveraging GCP-native services while integrating third-party tools as needed
• Collaborate with product engineering to support broader application data infrastructure needs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering with strong expertise in Python and SQL
• Deep expertise in GCP, including hands-on experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Storage
• Proven ability to design and implement production-grade data pipelines for business intelligence
• Experience with data movement tools such as Estuary, Airbyte, or Fivetran
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and DevOps fundamentals, including Terraform and CI/CD
