Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer - Analytics & Observability Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the field service desk team to address inquiries and issues related to the multi-sensor annotation tool
• Provide technical support for applications used by internal teams and clients, ensuring high-quality communication and resolution of issues
• Document support cases, collaborate with product teams, and assist in training new support team members

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience in technical support or similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, and experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud file management processes and handling large datasets
