Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to join their growing team and provide meaningful insights into their users and product.

Key Responsibilities

• Move DBT models from Spark SQL to Redshift while ensuring business logic requirements are met
• Support new product launches, A/B testing, and conduct root cause investigations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve company-level KPIs and perform ad-hoc analysis for urgent business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer field; MS degree preferred
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Expertise in SQL and strong experience in Spark/PySpark, Python, Scala, Airflow, and AWS
• Experience with DBT, Redshift, and data models
• Experience in Financial Services or FinTech preferred
