Data Engineer

Job Summary

Telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S., the full-time salaried Data Engineer will manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, develop CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and troubleshoot production issues while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize Docker for container lifecycle management across development, testing, and production environments
• Write and maintain YAML configurations, and create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Monitor and log system performance using tools like Dynatrace or Splunk, participating in critical incident management

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered agents or chatbots for DevOps or platform automation
• 1+ years of strong hands-on experience with Python programming and Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Proficient understanding of Azure cloud networking concepts including VNets and Network Security Groups
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for observability
