Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join the Growth team in a full-time remote capacity, responsible for building and scaling data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling self-service data access across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and streamline data pipelines from ingestion to delivery, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency
• Implement and maintain dbt best practices, data standards, and quality controls
• Build self-service tooling and write clear documentation to empower cross-functional teams to meet their data needs independently

Required qualifications

• Expert knowledge of dbt
• Proficiency with tools across the modern data stack, including Python, SQL, and BI tools
• Demonstrated experience formalizing and scaling data pipelines
• Structured thinking with the ability to simplify complex data into clear structures
• Strong understanding of varied stakeholder requirements to build generalized solutions
