Job Summary

Working with federal human capital clients, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will develop and maintain database management systems using Microsoft Access, SQL Server Query Editor, and Excel while providing delivery leadership and client relationship management expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrator support for data management and enterprise database solutions
• Diagnose data quality issues within the ServiceNow data model and guide corrective actions
• Produce technical reports and visual dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Master of Arts/Master of Science in a technical field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in data management
• Strong understanding of SQL, XML, and JSON
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Access, SQL Server Query Editor, and Excel
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
