Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support data management initiatives, the full-time Data Engineer will oversee ETL processes, maintain data pipelines, and ensure data quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee ETL processes to provide accurate and timely data across various products
• Maintain data pipelines and ensure data delivery SLAs are met using tools like T-SQL, Spark, and Scala
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with RDBMS such as Oracle or MS SQL
• 2-4 years' experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark
• Solid understanding of Linux environments and strong knowledge of shell scripting
