Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support data-driven business needs, the full-time remote Data Engineer will design, develop, and optimize data platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring data security and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble large, complex data sets through extraction, transformation, and loading from various data sources
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for existing data processes and systems
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to manage the data platform backlog and triage new feature requests

Required qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, and Python or similar languages
• 4+ years of experience building and optimizing data pipelines and architectures
• 2+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory and large-scale data processing
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools for automation platforms
