Data Engineer

Job Summary

Building and maintaining data platforms, the full-time remote Data Engineer will deploy new data pipelines, design observability platforms, and optimize data transformations in collaboration with Data Scientists and DevOps teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Deploy new data pipelines for operational teams
• Design and build data observability platforms and metrics
• Monitor and optimize data transformations and third-party data integrations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science
• At least 4 years of work experience in software engineering
• Experience with major cloud vendors: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency in SQL-based and Python data manipulation with large datasets
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and methodologies
