Data Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with an Agile team, the full-time remote Data Engineer will design data architecture, develop data pipelines, and create analytics products to support data-driven decision-making and personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Design data architecture, models, APIs, and pipelines aligned with team goals
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and deployment of new tools for analytics data engineering
• Mentor peers through code reviews, collaboration, and technical coaching

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of software development and design experience with emphasis on data warehousing and ETL
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Azure tools (e.g., Databricks, Data Factory)
• Experience in data warehouse design and AI-driven personalization models
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies and compliance in tech environments
