Data Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of an internal data platform, the full-time remote Data Engineer will integrate various business data sources into a scalable system that enhances decision-making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the internal data infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of CRM, marketing, product, finance, and operational systems
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for reliable data flows, while maintaining billing data infrastructure and security architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver insights through dashboards and analytics for executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, preferably supporting GTM or business functions
• Proficiency in Python, strong SQL skills, and experience with modern data stack tools like BigQuery and dbt
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, containerization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in managing data integrations across platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
• Familiarity with financial data and regulatory considerations related to sensitive information
