Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a large federal government project, the full-time Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions remotely, focusing on healthcare operations, analytics, and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Build and optimize data solutions within Azure cloud environments, including Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions supporting healthcare initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting data engineering solutions in enterprise environments
• Experience developing data solutions using Python, Spark, SQL, and ETL processes
• Experience supporting data analytics initiatives within enterprise IT environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
