Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Data Engineer will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and platforms, focusing on building scalable data solutions while supporting ETL/ELT processes and optimizing SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data
• Support ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data sources
• Work with engineers to troubleshoot and improve pipeline performance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related roles
• Basic programming knowledge in Python and/or SQL
• Understanding of data structures, databases, and ETL concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or willingness to learn
