Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time Business Data Engineer will streamline and automate reporting processes and enhance the data backend, working remotely or from San Jose, California.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and build a sustainable data environment
• Manage and prioritize short-term and long-term data projects
• Build and maintain new access methods for data, ensuring their reliability over time

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or 5+ years as a Business Intelligence Engineer
• Experience with AWS tools for end-to-end data environment management
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
• Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with iterative processes requiring investigation and improvement
