Data Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and operating scalable data platforms, the full-time Data Engineer will develop cloud-native solutions and ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring data quality and governance, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data
• Develop cloud-native data solutions on modern platforms like Databricks and Snowflake
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and compliance through validation and monitoring processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR 4+ years of software engineering experience
• 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in data platform/analytics engineering roles
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, data modeling, and data transformations
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake
• 5+ years of experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and analytical data stores
