Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Data Engineer will apply advanced data engineering principles to develop reusable workflows for data ingestion, quality assurance, transformation, and optimization, while building scalable pipelines and deploying robust data solutions in cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Apply data engineering principles to develop reusable workflows for data ingestion, quality, transformation, and optimization
• Build scalable data pipelines using ETL tools and processes, deploying data solutions to production environments
• Establish and maintain effective data compliance policies and business processes that support data governance

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, plus 7 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, ETL pipeline design, and Microsoft Azure SQL
• Experience building and deploying data pipelines in production environments
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and data lifecycle management
