Data Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the data infrastructure and pipelines, the full-time remote Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines while ensuring the reliability and scalability of the data lake for reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated data pipelines to integrate data from various source systems into the central data lake
• Implement and oversee ETL/ELT workflows to ensure data is clean and analytics-ready
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into effective technical data solutions

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or equivalent role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development at scale
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt
