Data Engineer

Job Summary

Designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines, the full-time remote Data Engineer will ensure data reliability and usability for enterprise analytics and application development.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and transform data from various source systems into standardized formats
• Monitor and troubleshoot data issues to maintain high data quality and performance
• Develop and optimize backend applications using TSQL/PLSQL in Microsoft SQL Server

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (6-8 years)
• Proficiency in SQL and data pipeline tools such as Fabric or Azure Data Factory
• Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and Big Data environments
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps for code collaboration and deployment
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including database optimization and performance tuning
