Data Engineer

Job Summary

To develop and maintain data architectures and solutions, the full-time temporary Data Engineer will manage data engineering projects, design scalable data management systems, and implement large-scale ETL processes while working remotely within PST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data engineering projects through the full cycle
• Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems
• Implement and automate large-scale enterprise data ETL processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in building data pipelines and transforming raw data
• 5+ years of infrastructure experience
• Process certification such as Six Sigma, ITIL, or similar is preferred
• Strong skills in data management and presentation tools, including Microsoft SharePoint
