Job Summary

Seeking a remote Data Engineer, the position will architect low-latency analytics systems, support production systems during live events, and build new sports betting data products while utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

Key responsibilities
  • Support production systems and triage issues during live sporting events
  • Architect low-latency, real-time analytics systems and develop predictive analytics APIs
  • Integrate complex real-time datasets into new consumer and enterprise products
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience writing production-level code in Python
  • Proficiency in SQL (preferably MySQL) and demonstrated experience with Airflow and Kubernetes
  • Experience building end-to-end ETL pipelines and utilizing REST APIs
  • Professional working experience with MLB or NBA data
