Data Engineer
Job Summary
Building a robust data platform, the full-time Data Engineer will design and develop the data lifecycle for Cyber Security, creating high-performance data products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Star Schema models within a Medallion Architecture to support Cyber Insurance analytics
- Build scalable ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt, ensuring data quality and observability
- Define and implement SLIs for data freshness, volume, and schema integrity, along with automated alerting
Required qualifications
- Experience with Looker (LookML) for business intelligence
- Active user of Cursor or similar AI-assisted coding environments
- Prior experience in Cybersecurity or Cyber Insurance
- Experience building data foundations for AI-driven applications
