Data Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Data Engineer will analyze data, develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, and collaborate with business lines to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards to support key business decisions using Tableau
- Extract, cleanse, and combine data from multiple sources while improving data quality and building monitoring tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and implement end-to-end data solutions
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering and dashboard development
- Extensive experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar reporting tools
- Strong background in data pipeline development and ETL engineering (e.g., PySpark, Spark SQL)
- Experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Robust portfolio showcasing previous data visualization projects
