Job Summary
Architecting and maintaining scalable data infrastructure, the full-time Data Engineer will design ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize data storage solutions, and manage data workflows using Databricks while ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to process and transform data from various sources
- Architect and optimize data storage solutions, including databases and data lakes
- Implement data quality assessment frameworks and perform data gap analysis to ensure data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, focusing on data pipelines and infrastructure
- Proficiency in Databricks, Spark, Python, Scala, and SQL across multiple database platforms
- Experience with big data tools and distributed systems, such as Hadoop and Kafka
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and semantic layer development
