Data Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting new and existing customers in their data engineering needs, the full-time remote Data Engineer will guide technical decisions, build complex data solutions, and collaborate across teams to enhance data management and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operationalize complex data solutions while recommending data cleansing and quality solutions
- Analyze data sources to determine value and support customers in achieving their goals through effective data strategies
- Perform data and system analysis, resolving defects and incidents of moderate complexity as needed
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering and data product development
- Proficiency in data engineering technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end data analytics workflow and data warehousing concepts
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
