Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decisions across the company, the full-time remote Data Engineer will own the analytics data strategy, drive AI initiatives for internal tools, and establish domain data standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the analytics data strategy end-to-end, including internal reporting and experimentation infrastructure
• Drive the AI strategy for internal tools, leading the roadmap for reliable and adopted systems
• Define and own the domain data strategy, establishing metrics and standards for data usage across the organization

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a data or software engineer building data warehouses or distributed data systems
• Expertise in designing and implementing data models for analytical and transactional workloads
• Hands-on experience with modern data tooling for ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and observability
• Experience operating cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Proficiency in writing production-grade code in Python or SQL and integrating with CI/CD workflows
