Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support data migration and modernization projects, the remote Data Engineer will leverage Microsoft Fabric and PySpark to develop and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines while ensuring data quality and integration with Workday.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines for data processing and transformation
- Monitor and support production batch/data jobs to ensure data integrity
- Integrate data between Workday and Microsoft Fabric while adhering to ETL/ELT best practices
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and PySpark
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling
- Experience with data warehousing concepts
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with Power BI dataset development and reporting support
