Data Engineer
Job Summary
Skilled and motivated, the remote Data Engineer will support a large-scale migration of marketing datasets to the Microsoft Fabric platform, focusing on data transformation, ETL/ELT development, and creating scalable data solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines for data integration and migration
- Utilize PySpark for data processing and transformation while monitoring production batch jobs
- Create and maintain Power BI datasets and support reporting initiatives
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory
- Strong knowledge of PySpark and ETL/ELT concepts
- Proficient in SQL and data modeling
- Experience with data migration and modernization projects
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and integration with Workday
