Data Engineer
Job Summary
Working onsite in Boston, the full-time Data Engineer will design and implement ETL/ELT solutions, optimize data processing workloads, and leverage Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory to enhance data integration efforts.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions using Azure Data Factory and Databricks
- Optimize data processing workloads and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient data flow
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts and Python programs for data integration tasks
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering and Data Integration
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, including Azure Databricks and ADF
- Strong development experience in SQL, preferably with MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate and Databricks Certified Data Engineer
