Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support data integration initiatives, the remote Data Engineer will design and implement ETL/ELT solutions, optimize data processing workloads, and leverage Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions using Azure Data Factory and Databricks
- Optimize data processing workloads and troubleshoot issues in data pipelines
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts and Python programs for data integration tasks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Integration
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, including ADF and Databricks
- Proficiency in SQL development with MS SQL Server
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
