Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of modern data solutions, the full-time Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data platforms in an office-based role located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct the design, development, and support of scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data platforms for analytics and reporting
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and quality controls to ensure secure and reliable data assets
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data platform development
• 3+ years of experience with SQL/Snowflake, Python, ETL/ELT development, and data pipeline orchestration
• 1+ years of experience designing and managing large-scale cloud-based data platforms using technologies such as Snowflake and Azure Data Factory
• 1+ years of experience with modern software development practices, including CI/CD using GitHub and automated testing
