Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development and maintenance of a robust data platform, the full-time Data Engineer will design, build, and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure primarily on AWS while collaborating with the analytics team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
- Develop and optimize data warehouse solutions and support legacy infrastructure
- Automate and improve data processes while monitoring and troubleshooting pipeline performance and data quality
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in data engineering
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including S3, Redshift, Glue, and Lambda
- Experience with Apache Airflow for pipeline management
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
