Data Engineer
Job Summary
Building and maintaining data pipelines, the full-time Data Engineer will design, implement, and monitor ETL/ELT processes to ensure accurate data flow for various teams while working onsite in Orem, UT, or remotely from the Philippines.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines connecting various source systems to the data warehouse
- Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality through proactive measures
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and support integration of data from newly acquired companies
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining data pipelines in a production environment
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern ETL/ELT tools or frameworks
- Working knowledge of Python or another scripting language for data processing
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
