Seeking a contract Data Engineer who will build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions using Azure Data Platform technologies, working remotely from Boston, MA.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines to support data integration and warehousing
- Utilize Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory to optimize data processing workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and performance optimization
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of Data Engineering and Data Integration experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory
- Strong proficiency in Python and MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in data warehousing and data modeling
