Data Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain data-intensive applications and ETL/ELT pipelines using technologies like Snowflake, SQL, Java, and Azure, while supporting agile development processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver data solutions aligned with an agile roadmap
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and validation across enterprise platforms
- Develop and support large-scale data processing jobs using Spark and Databricks, while ensuring secure and scalable solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering and developing solutions in public cloud environments like Azure or AWS
- 3+ years of experience with Snowflake and SQL
- 2+ years of experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices
- 1+ years of experience using Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools
