Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support data integration efforts, the remote Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain data ingestion and transformation processes within Microsoft Fabric, implementing Bronze, Silver, and Gold medallion architecture layers while ensuring data quality across various enterprise systems.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines and transformation logic within Microsoft Fabric
- Implement and manage Bronze, Silver, and Gold medallion architecture layers for assigned data domains
- Extract, transform, and load data from various enterprise source systems, ensuring data quality and integrity
Required qualifications
- Experience developing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integrations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or similar cloud data platforms
- Strong SQL skills for querying and data transformation
- Experience with Python and/or PySpark for data engineering tasks
- Active Secret clearance
