Data Engineer
Job Summary
Driving the direction of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, the full-time remote Data Engineer will design and maintain multi-source ELT pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize data infrastructure to support data-driven business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end multi-source ELT pipelines while optimizing for costs and meeting data service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain and extend Data Warehouse infrastructure to enhance performance and reduce manual work
- Collaborate with data platform, product engineering, and analytics teams to deliver reliable data products
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Hands-on experience with columnar/OLAP databases at petabyte scale
- Proven track record of operationalizing data pipelines, including monitoring and alerting
- Strong experience with modern ELT tools and orchestration platforms
- Expertise in one or more high-level programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL
