Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is seeking a Data Engineer.
Position Responsibilities:
- Create terraform scripts to provision resources in the AWS cloud
- Perform app server, web server and install vendor's application on EC2 instance
- Installation of vendor's database in AWS cloud
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, engineering, or relevant technical field
- Related academic exposure or work experience in data engineering, data analytics, data warehousing, database administration, data integration or business intelligence
- Related academic exposure or work experience with Linux operations and development, including basic commands and shell scripting
- Experience lifting and shifting monolithic applications and data from on-prem to AWS cloud
- Relevant technology or platform certification
